Stretch of the Week – Neck Edition

Tension in your neck? Let’s stretch it out! Whether it’s from stress, screen time, or looking down at your phone all day—your neck deserves some care.

Try this simple stretch: 👉 Seated Neck Release

1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
2. Gently tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
3. You can rest your right hand gently on the side of your head for a deeper stretch.
4. Hold for 20–30 seconds.

Slowly switch sides.

✨ Breathe deeply while you stretch and never force movement.
