We are pleased to announce that we will be providing delivery starting Jan. 30, 2026.

Here is how it will work:

Delivery will initially be offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 - 5:00pm. Delivery requests received by 12 noon will go out the same day. If your order is received after 12 noon, your order will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

What will it cost?

Delivery is free, if you are part of our new LTC at Home program or if you are part of our med sync and Dispill packaging program. A flat fee of $5.00 to $10.00 will apply to other deliveries (the rate charged will depend on the distance traveled to complete the delivery).

Are there any restrictions?

At this point, we can only delivery to Virginia addresses. Updates to this restriction will be made if/when we are cleared for delivery to Tennessee addresses.

What could delay my delivery?

Every effort will be made to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. However, if we need to contact your doctor for refills, delivery could be delayed depending on the timing of your doctor’s response. Please plan ahead and allow for possible delays. Most doctor’s offices request 48 to 72 hours to respond to refill requests.
