🚨 CAREGIVER OF THE MONTH ALERT 🚨

Dawn Niles joined the Life & Health Care team in 2014. Having grown up right here in Hamilton County, she has always enjoyed spending time with and listening to the stories that clients share. Dawn is an outstanding ambassador of care, and an excellent role model for caregivers who are relatively new to the field. It is because of caring people like Dawn, who are willing to learn and grow along with us, that Life & Health Care continues to excel in providing a premium-level of home care to North Central Iowa. The best time to improve on Heart Health is ALL the time, but February is the month where we can all make that extra effort. We at Life & Health Care love preparing healthy, fresh alternatives to the common frozen tv dinners many seniors rely on daily. In addition to meal prep, we also provide the safety and support our clients need to get them up and moving each day in an effort to maintain strength and stamina.
Even marathons are ran one step at a time!

Abby came to the Life & Health Care team in 2023, wanting to be able to spend one-on-one time with the people who need it most. Being an important and impactful part of somebody’s life is what Abby finds most enjoyable about caregiving. As two of our favorite holidays come to a close, and we reflect on the privilege of seeing extended family once again, we at Life & Health Care want to thank each person who has joined us in delivering care to the family members of people who can't always be there with them. We have provided relief, peace of mind, and a break for those that still need to work their jobs and raise their children in addition to helping their aging parent or loved one.

Thank you to each of our amazing caregivers who have helped along the way of another tremendous year, you are AWESOME!

The season of gift giving is upon us, and we at Life & Health Care have been graced with the gift (or headache at times), of a new office puppy named George! 💝

George loves his own gift of coming to work every day and seeing our caregivers, clients and guests when they stop by our office to see us! Of course, he also loves napping on David's desk.
