Push Up to failure
Sit Up *Straight Leg Sit Up to failure
Pull Up to failure or Wall Slide for 1 minute
Ruck Sack Squat With Backpack to failure
Military Run for 1 minute
“Swim” Prone Shoulder Rotations for 1 minute
Ruck Sack March With Backpack for 3 minutes

Perform each exercise one after another and repeat as many rounds as you can.
