But your body already knows the rhythm. As daylight shortens, your energy naturally turns inward. You may notice more fatigue, deeper emotions surfacing, or a pull toward reflection and warmth.

These aren’t symptoms to fix—they’re the body’s wisdom guiding you to slow, simplify, and restore your roots before winter’s stillness.

Realignment in autumn means softening your grip. Listening to what feels complete. Trusting that what you release now makes room for a truer vitality later.
