It’s with mixed emotions that we announce Physician Assistant Sarah Wilmsmeyer will be leaving the practice, effective September 4, 2025. We appreciate Sarah’s dedication to patient care and wish her the best in her future endeavors. Please rest assured that our providers will continue to offer you the same high level of care.
