What to bring to a breathwork session? 🧘‍♂️💨
Not much — just whatever helps you feel deeply comfortable.

✅ Essentials:
• A yoga mat
• Comfy clothes you can breathe in

✨ Optional (but awesome):
• An eyemask – heightens body sensations + visuals
• A pillow – for head or low back support, or to sit on
• A blanket – if you tend to run cold or just love the feeling of being wrapped up

(If you go for the pillow or blanket, make sure it’s one you’re ok with putting on the ground!)

The goal is simple:
Get so comfortable in your body that you’re free to explore whatever shows up in your breath.

No performance. No pressure. Just presence.
