Sacred Space Massage STL My name is Theresa Givens, I am a licensed massage therapist out of St. Louis, MO. I graduated from the nationally accredited Healing Arts Center in 2011.

Through the integration of a variety of modalities including: Swedish Massage, Deep Touch, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point, Thai massage, I work with my client to connect mind, body, and spirit. It has been my experience that massage encourages and awakens the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Each individual’s journey to health is their own and it is my intention to guide and educate them along their way with the gifts that I have been given.
