Are you ready to release?

My mission is to help as many people as possible reset their nervous systems, release limiting beliefs, discharge stress and tension, and restore a sense of balance.

Saint Louis Stress Release offers individuals and groups instruction on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping) and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) - both of which are designed to be self-help tools that gently and effectively release energy that has become "stuck" in the body - whether due to trauma or accumulated stress, among other contributing factors.

Life experiences take their toll on all of us. Unfortunately, most of us never really learned effective ways to express and let go of intense emotions like grief, fear, and anger or to offload the leftover energy from stressful and traumatic events that has remained trapped in our bodies.

Most of us have also picked up a lot of erroneous beliefs along the way - in fact we absorbed a lot of what we “know” about ourselves, our families, and the world by the time we’re seven or eight. And it turns out that a lot of those beliefs are faulty and even damaging. Things like “I have to be good to be lovable.” Or “Life is unfair” or “Good guys always finish last” or any number of sayings that you may have heard your parents repeat. Trouble is, those beliefs are still running your life, even if you don’t consciously realize it.
