Lindsay has been on her yoga mat for over 20 years — and it shows in every class she teaches. For her, yoga isn’t just a practice, it’s what keeps her grounded when life moves fast.
In Lindsay’s classes, expect purposeful, unpredictable flows designed to pull you out of your head and into your body — building strength, awareness, and balance that travels with you on and off the mat.
