We’ve been busy the last few weeks and away from social media (patients first!)

🎙️We wanted to say a quick thank you to for having Dr. Dafashy on her radio show last night, Stomping Grounds with LaGina Rae.

The night’s topic was on relationships with self, and featured two other amazing guests, Shawnti of (who creates beautiful guided journals for all stages of life), and Byron of (the only Black-owned comic shop in Houston). And of course, the amazing host who has such a talent for bringing people together and is a movement of her own in the Houston community. We shared stories of disappointment with the healthcare system and ways we can take actionable steps to continue to build a relationship with ourselves.

From one Cintia to another Sintia, we appreciate and for putting together this sweet event for the families and children of Pasadena. Kids enjoyed doing crafts, playing games, and winning prizes while their parents enjoyed music, food, and community!
