SAND LAKE CLINIC UPDATE 1/5/2026 6:45PM:
Due to lack of running water at the Sand Lake Clinic, we will be open but have limited services Tuesday 1/6/2026. Patients with in-person morning appointments will be contacted and rescheduled.

Pharmacy will be open for pick up, the Fitness Center will also remain open; but there is no water or bathroom available.

Round Lake Clinic services are running normally.

Patients with Sand Lake Clinic afternoon appointments will be contacted and rescheduled if the issue is not resolved by 11am.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and are diligently working on the issue and hope to have a resolution soon.

**Please also be aware of the possible incoming winter weather, and keep posted to our Facebook for any updates to services**

The Tribal Clinic in Sand Lake is closing today 01/05/2026 at 1:15 p.m. due to an issue with the water system. Patient care without a clean water source for handwashing and sterilizing is a safety issue.

If you have an appointment, you will be notified of a rescheduled appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience. Miigwech.

Important Update for the St. Croix Traditional Healing Sweatlodge Clinic 🚨

The date has changed to 12/14/2025 in Maple Plain. The 12/07 date has been canceled. Hertel will still be on 12/11. Please share.

The Sand Lake Public Health Vending Machine (PHVM) has been moved to the Tribal Clinic building near the outside entrance for the Eva Connor Fitness Center. Please call if you have any questions or need help locating a machine. The other community machines (Danbury, Maple Plain, and Round Lake) are still located in the same spots.

PHVMs carry the same products and your existing PIN will still be active. Call or text 715-733-1680 if you need a PIN.

The next Sweatlodge is on 12/07/2025 in the Maple Plain Community.

The St. Croix Tribal Health Clinic is open normal hours Monday 11/24 and Tuesday 11/25. Facilities will be closed Wednesday 11/26 thru Friday 11/28 and reopen Monday 12/01.

The Siren Pharmacy will be closed on Thanksgiving Day 11/27 ONLY. Miigwech.
