Round Lake Changes:
Monday, May 4th-Round Lake Clinic Closed
Tuesday, May 5th-Round Lake Clinic No Dental Services, Medical remains the same
Wednesday, May 6th-Round Lake Dental Walk Ins Available (First Come First Serve-7:45am), Medical Remains the same
Thursday, May 7th-Round Lake Clinic No Dental Services, Open for Medication Pick Up Only

Hertel Clinic:
Dental Walk Ins available Monday May 4th-Thursday May 7th (First Come First Serve starting appointments at 7:45am)

🚨🚨Notice for Clinic Patients 🚨🚨

Sand Lake Clinic will unexpectedly be without access to Internet or electronic patient charts tomorrow, Friday April 24th. Our providers have made plans to accommodate scheduled patients to the best of their abilities. Additional appointments or walk-ins will not be available.

Sand Lake Pharmacy will be open for pickup of medications already filled, but cannot fill any call-ins.

New or urgent medications can be filled at Siren Pharmacy. Please call 715-349-2221 if this applies to you and our staff can transfer your prescription to have it filled in Siren and delivered to Sand Lake Clinic throughout the day if needed.

We apologize for this interruption and expect to be operating normally on Monday, April 27th.
