Quick Scheduling Tip for Our Website 🧘‍♀️

We’ve noticed a small issue some people are running into when viewing the class schedule on our website via Vagaro, so we wanted to share a quick fix!

If the class times look incorrect, it may be because your device or browser location is set to a different time zone. Vagaro automatically adjusts the schedule based on your location settings.

For example, when we tested it, one of our devices was accidentally set to Kansas, so all of the class times appeared different than our actual schedule here.

📍 In the photo, you can see where the Kansas location was showing, which is why the schedule looked off.

What to do if the times look off:
1. Check your device or browser location settings
2. Make sure your time zone is correct
3. Refresh the schedule page

Once your location is set correctly, the schedule should display the proper class times.

If you ever feel unsure, you can always message us, and we’re happy to help! 🤍

We are so excited to start introducing some of the incredible vendors joining us for our Self Care Event at Align Yoga & Wellness on April 11th — and we couldn’t think of a sweeter one to begin with.

Meet Tiffany, the owner and baker behind The Hen House Bakery Co. 🐓🍪

The Hen House Bakery is a proud women-owned local business specializing in handcrafted cakes, cookies, and a variety of beloved desserts. Tiffany creates each item from scratch using high-quality ingredients — including fresh eggs from her own backyard hen house. Her passion for baking and attention to detail shine through in every treat she makes.

You’ll be able to meet Tiffany and shop her baked goods during our Self Care Event from 11am–3pm, making it the perfect stop between wellness services, vendor shopping, and community connections.

Our Self Care Saturday begins with Gentle Yoga from 9–10 am (registration required), followed by our Self Care Event from 11 am–3 pm featuring a variety of amazing local vendors and wellness experiences, including:

After months of studying — while working, running a business, teaching classes, being a mom, and juggling all the moving pieces of life — Ashleigh has officially completed her certification as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA. 🤍

This wasn’t done in a quiet season.
It was built in the middle of real life.
