Saturday Morning Sādhanā

🕯️ Saturdays | 7:30–8:30 AM | element yoga

For years, my mornings have begun in quiet — with breath, reflection, and devotion. Over time, that personal ritual became a touchstone: the place I return to again and again to listen, to align, to remember.

This season, I feel called to open that practice and share it with our community.
Saturday Morning Sādhanā is a sacred weekly gathering — a simple ritual of tea, dharma, and stillness.

We begin with a dharma talk, exploring timeless teachings and how they meet us in our modern, messy, beautiful lives. From there, we move into guided meditation, and close with a shared tea ritual, a moment of quiet connection before the 9 AM class.

Sādhanā (साधना) means spiritual practice — the daily work of aligning body, mind, and heart with truth. It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.

✨ Open to all — members and non-members.

🪷 Registration is required so we can prepare tea for everyone.
