Studies show that advanced age alone is not a risk factor for elective plastic surgery. Some 90 year olds are healthier then some 50 year olds I meet. Stress, genetics, disease, drugs/alcohol can all make you age faster. Your body is your vessel , if you don’t maintain it and put in good gas, you will age faster. I worked with a inspiring Plastic Surgeon Dr. Ted Haung in Galveston who operated faster then most surgeons I knew at 92 years of age. Must be something in the water… and it if “you rest, you rust.” Love this inspiring story. If you don’t use it, you lose it. So put yourself in the front burner today, and keep your vessel in tip top shape….. and you’re probably feel better at 92 then you do now.

Keep reaching for the stars . We all have been bullied, told we couldn’t do it, and failed. Life is hard, and setbacks will never stop. If you never learn to fail, you will fail to learn. What would you do if could never fail? 27 years ago I was asked that question from a close friend . I changed my major from art to medicine. Against all odds, and the constant doubt, I made it.
