Try this wrap substitute it’s delicious!
I doubled the recipe for this one so this wrap in picture will be cut in half for 2 servings.
1 wrap:
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 egg
Salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake 350 for 20 min or until edges brown.
Air bake or oven.
Cut off brown edges
Let completely cool before trying to use as a wrap.
Refrigerate

1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 drops SweetLeaf Stevia Vanilla Creme
1 Tbsp milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir cinnamon into coffee grounds before brewing.
Brew coffee.
Add stevia and milk.

Cauliflower Tater Tots

SERVINGS 2
INGREDIENTS

4 cups cauliflower rice
2 Tbsp jalapeño finely diced
1/4 cup green onions minced
2 eggs
2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
olive oil cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes on high, stir, then cook for another 2 minutes. Let cool 1-2 minutes.
Spoon cauliflower onto a piece of cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer (a clean dish towel will do in a pinch), and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. (The drier the better).
In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower and remaining ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Using a tablespoon, scoop cauliflower mixture and squeeze into cylindrical shape in palm of hand. Place on baking sheet and spritz with cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes until bottoms are brown and flip. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
NOTES
1 serving = 1 oz protein, 2 cups vegetables
Chef Tip: Serve with SHAPE-friendly Ketchup

ROASTED RADISHES
Cut in half
Blanch (1 min in boiling water and then straight to an ice cold bowl of water for 10 minutes.
Dry with paper towels
Season as you like

Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced jicama
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded
Juice of 1 large lime
Kosher salt, to taste

Made this for dinner tonight!
So delicious!!!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup mushrooms, finely diced
1 Tbsp dill, fresh or dried coarsely chopped if fresh
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
olive oil cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray.
Arrange chicken breasts in dish.
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients together.
Coat both sides of chicken with yogurt mixture.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
NOTES
1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1/4 cup vegetable
Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.

Zucchini Bread
1 cup zucchini, shredded
8 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp SweetLeaf Stevia powder
1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
3/4 cup Pecan Nut Thins blended into a fine powder
1 tsp baking powder
coconut oil cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spritz a loaf pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper.
Place shredded zucchini in a clean dish cloth, cheesecloth or nut milk bag and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
In a large bowl, mix together shredded zucchini, eggs, applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia and salt.
Stir together Pecan Nut Thin powder and baking powder, then add to wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into loaf pan and bake 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the pan and cool before slicing.
NOTES
1 serving - 1 oz protein, 1 daily allotment of crackers (negligible amount of fruit and vegetable)
