As we head into the holiday season, here are a few simple reminders our group discussed today:
🌬️ Remember to Breathe
Slow, intentional breathing helps reduce anxiety, improve oxygenation, and keep your lungs moving.
🥛 Watch the Dairy
Dairy can thicken secretions, making it harder to clear mucus — especially during cold weather or flare-ups.
🍗 Choose Protein
Lean protein supports energy, muscle strength, and better respiratory function. It also helps your body fight illness and recover faster.
