9 days in Orlando....
No workouts. Eating and drinking whatever. No daily walks (although it was pretty easy to get between 5-10K steps in the convention center alone).
But I came back from this trip feeling amazing!!
No post-vacation bloat, ick, or energy lull.
And I only gained 1 pound.
Crazy!!! I used to gain 5-10 lbs in these perimenopausal years just from staring at the desserts. Ha!

So what changed from my previous trips? I was totally away from my wellness routines except for ONE.
My Fit, Lean and Hydrated peptides.
John too.
He actually said to me how it’s just a habit now.
Wake up, drink your peptides, move on with your day.

As we get older, maintaining muscle mass becomes one of the most important factors for staying healthy and independent.
Starting around age 30, we naturally lose muscle over time—a process called sarcopenia—which can lead to frailty, falls, and a reduced quality of life.
