Perimenopause and menopause aren’t something to just “push through.” They’re seasons of change that deserve understanding and the right support.
I’m excited to be part of a 6-week educational course designed to help women better understand what’s happening during peri and post menopause — how habits may need to shift, how nutrition can support hormonal changes, and how training can protect muscle, bone, and long-term health.
The course is hosted by Tami Best, Registered Dietitian and Certified Practitioner in Integrative & Functional Nutrition and Women’s Integrative Medicine. Also, all proceeds go to the Perimenopause Society!
I’ll be leading the strengthening segment — because resistance training becomes essential during this stage of life.
