InLight Shasta Bilingual International Zen Meditation Retreat

The InLight International Zen Center is located in the world-renowned energy field of Mount Shasta. From June 10-12, the InLight Bilingual International Zen Meditation Retreat will be held here, with all teachings conducted in both Chinese and English, prioritizing English-speaking participants.

Content highlights:

✨Learn Classic Zen methods:
Zen teachings, Zen yoga, Zen breathing, Zen sitting, Zen music, Zen food, Zen dance, Zen chanting, forest Zen, Taoist traditional rejuvenation exercises, Zen living experience.

✨Practice modern Zen methods:
Understand and apply the essence of Zen, learn the laws of resonating with universal energy, understand the fundamental models of life transformation, comprehend the core path to the origin of life, master quick methods for dissolving stress and emotions, and receive energy blessings for clearing the body and mind and healing diseases.

2:00-5:00 PM: Group meditation and blessing ceremony
5:30-7:30 PM: Oriental vegetarian offering, Guqin performance, Zen chanting
7:30-9:00 PM: Practitioners sharing and Q&A

Master Jiumei is a contemporary achiever of spiritual practice who excels at conveying profound life wisdom through clear and concise teachings and addressing grand topics such as the meaning of life. She deeply understands the challenges and bottlenecks that modern people face and teaches the path to a calm, healthy, wise, and joyful life. InLight represents the light of hope, passion, and achieving. The goal of InLight is to fulfill a beautiful life and achieve ultimate happiness.

In 2008, Master Jiumei founded the InLight International Zen Center. Based on her own life journey, she has inspired many individuals in China, from celebrities to the general public. During the past decade, InLight has offered a series of courses and activities in various forms that benefited thousands of people all over the world.

In 2022, InLight expanded its teachings to the United States and established its international meditation center in the world-renowned energy field of Mt. Shasta. Meanwhile, InLight has hosted numerous public classes, meditation retreats, youth camps, international courses and zen journeys across the United States. InLight also initiated in-depth discussions on contemporary spiritual growth at Stanford University.

Currently, InLight is guiding the growth and awakening of countless lives with a pure heart, a grand mission and an effective path. About The Instructor:

Master Jiumei, founder and leading instructor of InLight, is a former fashion industry revolutionist and congresswoman in China, who has authored over 10 bestselling books. She has standardized and developed the fashion industry, published the national fashion textbooks, created job opportunities for millions, and won numerous awards, including the United Nations World Young Entrepreneur Outstanding Achievement Award.

She has extensively studied and practiced Taoism, Buddhism and ancient yoga, and traveled around the world to explore the truth of life. Her spiritual journey includes China, the United States, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Mexico's Maya region, Japan, Thailand, Peru and Myanmar.

In 2008, she founded the InLight International Zen Center, with a goal for the modern generation to return to their true self, observe the nature of life, and integrate their body, mind and soul. Her teachings and practices have inspired many thousands of people, including celebrities, scholars, artists and entrepreneurs.

In 2016, she entered the Karme Ling Retreat Center in the United States and completed four years of deep traditional retreats and successfully obtained the certification of senior practitioner achievement.

During the past decade, Master Jiumei has been teaching InLight Yoga, Breath Adjustment and Meditation. In recent years, she has established new trainings such as InLight Fasting Retreat, Darkness meditation, Zen Tea, Zen Incense, Youth Meditation, Urban Life Zen and International Study Tour.
