I have been practicing Chiropractic for 35 years, first in Illinois and, for the last 23 years, here in Weedsport. My attachment to Central New York is through my father who was born in Solvay. We would come here from Illinois 3 or 4 times each year to visit my dad's parents and later his brother and other family. Those visits left an impression on me and I have wanted to live here pretty much since I can remember. In 1998 my dreams and wishes came true and I was able to buy this practice from Joanne Bowen. (Thank you Joanne!) I've been here since and have not looked back. I am grateful to all my patients and friends who have been and will be a part of this journey. We are a general family practice of Chiropractic and focus on getting people better, then giving them the tools to stay that way. We do this by means of Chiropractic manipulation, lifestyle advice/counseling and exercise, that is, using exercise to mimic and strengthen the way the body is called upon to be used in real life. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and have done postgraduate training in neurology and lower back/spinal rehabilitation. In addition to that, I have been a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and have been certified as a Crossfit Judge. Thanks for visiting my page!
