NOTICE TO NEW AND REPEAT CLIENTS:
Hello Everyone! Thank you for being my wonderful loyal customers. I've been open now for 2 1/2 years, and I thought it was time to reiterate some very important rules.
1) There is no and will never be refunds. Ever. This is true for services already rendered as well as gift certificates. You can re-gift those gift certificates if you want, but I will NOT give you money for them.
2) A lot of my loyal customers come from their jobs in the factory, on the farm, or the gym. Please understand I have a strong nose from working on bodies for so long, and some people have odors because of medication, conditions, and so on. That is NOT what I’m talking about. I am talking about aromas (not to mention allergens) that can be quickly dealt with using a bar of soap and water. So I ask you humbly to please practice good hygiene. If you’re coming from work or the gym, please allow yourself enough time before your appointment to shower or even just wash up a little. And no, lotion or cologne is not a quick fix.
3) Please don’t show up more than 10 minutes before your appointment. And if you think you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call. Your massage time starts when you enter the treatment room. If you are early, you will not get extra time. If you are later than 5 minutes, you will not be getting your full time.
4) I am not able to accommodate same-day appointments. The earliest I can take you is 48 hours. This may change in the future, but for now, I cannot.
5) Do not give your appointment away to a significant other, family member, or friend. If they are not on my books, they are not my client that day. You may cancel your appointment and then have them book online to fill that spot, but please no more surprise switch-aroos.
6) Lastly, please stop emailing or texting me for appointments. I do not have a receptionist, and I do not always look at my business phone account after hours (and definitely not while I’m with a client). There is no need to bypass using the phone or booking online. If you are receiving this message on my social media or through email, I assume you have some computer literacy. So please, if you want a timely appointment, book online, otherwise call and leave a message and wait for me to get back to you.
