To Our JZT Yoga Community,
As you know, we take health and wellness seriously. We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus situation and we are doing what we think is prudent in response. We want to thank so many of you for letting us know that you appreciate the studio continuing to offer a healthy and clean space for the community. At this time we are committed to offering our regular class schedule, however this is subject to change based on new information and teacher availability. While we are remaining open for now, it is by no means "business as usual." We want you to update you on the steps we have taken to keep the studio community safe:
· As you know, we keep a very clean studio. In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, we are disinfecting surface areas and bathrooms with CDC-recommended products every night.
· We are no longer providing props for classes that will be shared by our clients, including blankets, blocks and straps. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
· We will no longer provide loaner mats for anyone. Everyone must bring their own mat to class, including instructors. We will have new mats available for purchase.
· We are reducing class capacity to allow for more distance between participants in our busiest classes.
· Due to the sharing of hammocks, we will be postponing aerial yoga until further notice, beginning this evening.
Here's how you can help:
· If you are feeling at all sick, please do not come for class.
· If you think you may have been exposed to the virus, please stay home, even if you are not sick.
· Wash your hands upon arrival, using soap and water or hand sanitizer. Soap and warm water for 20 seconds is preferred.
· Clean your mats and props thoroughly using proper disinfectant cleaning products.
As a reminder, you can support your natural immune system in the following ways:
· Get proper rest.
· Eat a healthy diet every day.
· Exercise and stay hydrated.
· Ensure organ reserve with a pharmaceutical grade multivitamin.
Of course we welcome your feedback, suggestions and ideas, so don't hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you optimal health,
Jen and Ned
