Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Amy Sage Reiki LLC and I hope to see you at tonight’s Sound Bath & Yoga Flow at The Grand Oaks Resort Chapel. Enter from the main gate, (3000 Marion County Rd.) and take the first left. Follow the signs for Amy Sage Reiki and park anywhere in front of the white barn. As a reminder, bring a mat for the optional yoga flow! Otherwise, come as you are to enjoy the healing sound bowls in nature! This is a free event- donations are graciously accepted (cash/check/apps).

You’re invited to a free healing event this St. Paddy’s Day! Amy Sage & Spirit of Sierra are hosting a Sunset Sound Bath & Yoga Flow at The Grand Oaks Resort Chapel, just east of the pond.

This Friday (March 17 | 6-7pm) join us for 1 hour of relaxing crystal sound bowls and an optional beginner-friendly yoga flow. Please bring a water bottle and mat, chairs and some extra mats are provided.

This is a free event, donations are graciously accepted 🙏✨
