Even while many grocery stores and restaurants are closed, Woodland Hills Assisted Living continues to operate 24/7—fully staffed with nurses, caregivers, and our cook on site, caring for our residents without interruption.

Our team showed up in every way:

✔️ Homemade meals cooked in-house
✔️ Owners helping staff with transportation
✔️ Residents safe, warm, fed, and cared for

🎄✨ Christmas at Woodland Hills ✨🎄
Christmas Eve was extra special at Woodland Hills as the owners’ family came to celebrate and spread some holiday cheer with our residents. ❤️ It was a day full of laughter, warm hugs, and meaningful moments that reminded us what this season is truly about—togetherness.
We also hosted a special Christmas party last week for our residents and staff, complete with shared gifts, smiles all around, and so much joy filling the building. Seeing our residents light up and our team celebrated for the incredible care they give every day made the evening unforgettable.
We are so grateful for our Woodland Hills family—residents, staff, and loved ones—who make this place feel like home. 🎁🎅💚

👩‍🍳 Meet Our Head Cook, Jennifer! 🍽️💚
At Woodland Hills, great care starts with great food—and Jennifer makes sure every meal is served hot, hearty, and made with love. From comforting favorites to daily balanced meals, she pours her heart into keeping our residents well-fed and happy.
And because we love treating our residents, we also enjoyed our monthly dessert day featuring specialty cheesecakes from Frank's pastry shop🍰✨
Every slice was a hit—and yes, the plates were clean by the end!
We’re so grateful for Jennifer and the joy she brings to our kitchen and our community every single day. 💚

Even the elves are up early enjoying a holiday breakfast! 🧁✨
This time of year brings out so many moments of joy — both at home and here at Woodland Hills.

Today was extra special in our kitchen…
Our amazing chef Rebecca, who trained in culinary school, spoiled everyone with cozy, homemade comfort foods — hot grilled cheese sandwiches, warm soup, and the best baklava ever (truly… we scrape every single bite from the pan!🤣). Our Woodland chefs, Jennifer and Rebecca, make everything from scratch, and it always shows in every bite. 🥣🧀✨

We love creating moments that feel like home, filled with good food, laughter, and holiday cheer.
