Southwest District Health now offers mental health counseling at our Caldwell clinic for individuals and families ages 12 and older. Services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and are available in person or via telehealth.

Domestic violence advocates carry so much, and feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or numb can be a sign your body is waving a flag, not that you’re “not cut out for this.” An experienced leader, Jessica Teperow of REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, shares practical ways to protect yourself from burnout—like building small recovery rituals, setting firmer boundaries, leaning on your team, and giving yourself permission to step back before you hit empty.
