When looking at videos like this you may feel like you need to have the best body, a tan, and do all the exercises perfectly without practice.
I'm here to tell you that you do not have to spend a lot of money on working out. A workout can be as inexpensive as using cans from your kitchen, using a chair or taking a walk while breathing deeply and enjoying your "me" time. If you uncomfortable with walking alone walk with a friend.
No matter what type of exercise you choose just choose something. Get off the couch, chair and away from the TV. Exercise, either inside or outside, will be the best way to beat this depression due to being home bound
