A woman in her 50s, a successful corporate executive, had been struggling to lose 30 pounds. Despite her professional accomplishments and raising two beautiful daughters, she couldnât shake the feeling that something was missingâshe wanted to feel healthy, confident, and be a better role model for her girls.
She tried everything: diet plans, calorie counting, daily walks, appetite suppressantsâeven tracking points. Yet, the results never came. Her frustration grew, and so did her disappointment. Her self-esteem began to erode, and the onset of menopause only made things more complicated.
Eventually, she turned to Ozempic, a semaglutide injection used for weight loss. After 4 to 5 months of weekly injections, she finally achieved her goalâ30 pounds gone. But the celebration was short-lived. Within a few months of stopping the medication, the weight began to return. She felt discouraged and defeated. Once again, she found herself searching for answers.
Thatâs when a friend recommended hypnosis.
We had our first hypnotherapy session seven months ago. In that first session, we uncovered the deeper emotional blocks that had been sabotaging her efforts. Over the next few sessions, we worked to heal the root causesâchallenges with self-worth, her relationship with food, and the inner dialogue shaping her body image.
By the end of her program, everything had changed. Her metabolism improved, her cravings diminished, and most importantly, her self-image and confidence transformed.
Months passed since our last sessionâuntil today, when I received this beautiful email:
"Hi Christina, I hope you are well. I wholeheartedly thank you for all your help in this journey. My self-esteem and my life have improved greatly. I am more confident as a person and an executive. The most important part of it all is, my girls are proud of me. Life canât get any better than that! Thank you for being patient with me and for your hard work. Sincerely,...."
This is why I do this workâhelping men and women reclaim their confidence, heal from the inside out, and become the version of themselves they always knew was possible.
