Ok Nature's Manna family. I don't think I have told any one how many tsp is in a oz, well 6 tsp is a oz. You will need 6 tsp for every cup of coffee to be made. I took for granite everybody knows how to mak coffee😂 but I didn't so if you are making 3 8 oz cups of coffee then you will need 18 tsps. I hope this helps if it does you can thank my mom. She brought it to my attention.

Okay Nature's Manna family, please dont attack me! I know I am a couple of days late to announce what the challenge is... Has everyone heard of Okra? Better yet Okra water? I know I will get some crazy comments in the comments section. But let's hear them! I am looking for something I have not heard before! The very thing that most people don't like about okra is the best thing about it! The slimy substance is called mucilage! This musicalge is what it helps with blood sugar, high cholesterol and and detoxification I can get deep if wanted to but leave your questions in the comments. Just take four pods and cut the up and put then in a 16 oz jar fill the jar with spring water and put a top on it. Let it sit on the counter top for @ least 4 hrs (I let mine sit over night) then strain out the okra and drink the water! That simple! The challenge is for 5 days. The longer the better.
