A Weight Loss Reflection

I didn’t realize I repeated the same outfit and color scheme on the show recently. So I tracked my weight

Aug 2022 versus Feb 2024
I lost 20 pounds
My baby girl is now 2 years old

My healthy weight Way Lite 101 Mastermind journey is grounded on my desire to live a long, healthy, and happy life. I do not subscribe to crash diets. It’s about a training of mindset.

I also realized that the journey never ends. There is alwaysthe NEXT chapter. Being present in the moment AND celebrating the wins are key to germination of resilience.

Happy healthy weight journey
