Summer is closer than you think, and it’s amazing what a few weeks of showing up for yourself can do.
Many women start noticing small but meaningful changes early on. Clothes begin to fit a little differently. Energy feels more steady throughout the day. Movements that once felt challenging start to feel easier. Posture improves. And slowly, that sense of confidence starts coming back.
