Meet Chris Angel!✨
A lifetime of dedication to sports fuels Chris’s work – earning all-star honors in football, basketball, and baseball, including New England All-Star recognition in football. With experience playing football at ASU while studying Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, plus certifications as a NASM trainer and yoga instructor, Chris brings a powerful mix of knowledge and passion to every class.
Meditation has been a cornerstone of his journey since his teenage years, guided by mentors, and continues to shape his holistic approach to training.
Chris currently teaches MMA in Boston, blending mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and strength & conditioning. He also offers one-on-one personal training, group sessions, and online programs with customized workouts, nutrition support, holistic care, and consistent accountability.
After exploring entrepreneurship over the past 20 years, he continues to return to his first passion: health and fitness.

Mondays
• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• 60 min Cardio Boxing – All Levels – In Studio or Livestream
• All-levels, high-energy movement that builds coordination through footwork drills and Muay Thai/kickboxing combinations. A full-body workout with practical mixed martial arts techniques & self-defense.
Tuesdays
• 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 60 min Restorative Yoga – All Levels – In Studio or Livestream
• Slow, relaxing, and restorative. Focused on breathwork to release stress and restore balance.
Thursdays
• 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 60 min Vinyasa Yoga – All Levels – In Studio or Livestream
• A medium-paced flow featuring Sun A/B sequences, balancing, triangle, hip, spine, and surrender series – designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.
