Sleep is one of the most important factors in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. ⁣

It is critical for both your mental and physical health. ⁣

Unfortunately, when life feels overwhelming or busy, our sleep is often the first thing that goes. ⁣

Yet, not properly sleeping is only hurting you in the long run. ⁣

Not getting quality sleep impedes your ability to function, concentrate, and be productive. ⁣

1. Pride. Pride can keep us from shifting our perspectives and being open to critical feedback if changes need to be made. ⁣

2. Poor communication. The only way to develop a strong mutual relationship between doctor and patient is through open, honest, and respectful communication. ⁣

It's important to really listen and respect your client's level of personal knowledge in order to respond appropriately. ⁣
