Not every thought deserves a front-row seat in your mind. 🧠✨
That inner voice? It can be influenced by fear, past experiences, or self-doubt—but that doesn’t mean it’s telling the truth. Next time a negative thought pops up, pause and ask yourself:

🔹 Would I say this to a friend?
🔹 What’s a more compassionate way to reframe this?
