I legit feel that we need to just realize how the phones we are constantly on 📱 (the phone I'm on right now as I'm typing) will be our downfall. The social disconnection it creates and the literal mindset shift it causes is unhealthy.

I try to regulate my use- and it's oh so hard. But just like cigarette use was "cool" and "trendy" back in the day, I'm hoping having our phones as an extension of our selves will be uncool in the future.

It's got to stop. We have to put our phones down and acknowledge the beauty around us.
