✨It’s the bridge between winter and spring. Between reflection and movement. The days stretch a little longer, the light shifts, and something inside us begins to stir. Even if we can’t fully name it, we can feel it.

💚This is often a month where emotions rise to the surface. Old layers loosen. Fatigue from the winter season shows up. There can be a quiet restlessness, a sense that you’re ready for something new, but your nervous system hasn’t quite caught up yet.

✨That’s where Reiki becomes especially powerful.

💚Energy work this month isn’t about pushing forward. It’s about recalibrating.
It’s about clearing what winter revealed.
It’s about gently aligning your body, mind, and spirit so you can step into spring grounded, not overwhelmed.
