💗Some people are part of our story for only a season, but the mark they leave lasts a lifetime.

💗Soul family doesn’t always stay forever. Sometimes they show up just long enough to remind us of who we are. To teach us something we needed in that exact moment, or to simply hold us in a time of need.

💗Their time may have been short, but their impact is deep.

💗We often expect and even want soul connections to last forever. But part of the beauty and strength of these kinds of connections, is that they don’t always need to.

💗They change us, open us. In doing so, they stay with us in a profound way.

💗Their presence lingers forever, in our hearts, like an imprint on the soul.

⚡️This is a three-part journey. Each gathering building upon the next. This is why commitment to all three circles is required.

⚡️Together, we will create a sacred container for release, renewal, and empowerment. Rooted in presence and sisterhood.

💰The investment for the full series is $99. A $33 deposit is required to hold your spot. 💲Venmo only

✨ Priority will be given to current Reiki clients. A 5 question, questionnaire will be emailed to you and must be completed before your spot is secure.

💗Space will be intentionally limited to ensure that every participant feels fully seen, supported and safe in this container.

✨Sometimes, resisting change feels safer than facing the truth.

What we often don’t realize is that resistance is self-sacrifice in disguise.

✨We cling to old patterns, relationships, or ways of thinking because they’re familiar. Even when those patterns no longer serve us, we convince ourselves that staying the same is easier.

✨We stay in jobs that drain us, relationships that dim our light, or thought loops that reinforce fear.

🤔How many times have you stayed in a situation, defending it with denial? Convincing yourself that “this is just how life is,” while growth quietly waits?

✨Or you romanticize what isn’t real, hoping someone else will change, adapt, evolve, while you suppress and deny your own needs?

✨That’s the self we sacrifice. Our energy, clarity, and natural drive for evolution.

✨Leaning into change isn’t always comfortable. It requires courage to step out of denial, to face the discomfort and to trust your natural ability to adapt.

✨Growth asks us to notice the patterns we’ve outgrown. To make conscious choices and to move toward alignment. Even when the path isn’t clear.

✨When we deny ourselves growth we deny our soul the mission it came here to complete.

✨Every step toward authenticity, no matter how small, is a reclaiming of yourself.

🌱You might notice people you used to connect with pulling away…or you’re feeling the need to pull away from them.

🌱Or people questioning your choices.

Maybe a friend doesn’t “get” the new priorities you’ve set, a family member comments on your lifestyle like it’s surprising, or a coworker seems distant when you make effort towards self improvement.

🌿This isn’t a sign that you’re doing something wrong, it’s a sign that you’re growing!

🌿Our evolution naturally triggers others’ comfort zones, fears, or unresolved patterns. And that’s okay.

✨The key is to keep showing up for yourself: continue learning, continue healing, continue evolving.

✨Being misunderstood or even disliked by some, is part of the process. Don’t take it personally, it’s not about you. The lesson is about your courage to expand anyway!
