We recently celebrated the incredible moms of Wellington Bay — and honoring Lisbet during our All‑Staff Meeting. These are the women who show up every day with compassion, strength, patience, and heart. 💗

Whether caring for residents, supporting coworkers, or caring for families at home, they make a difference in so many lives. Their love, dedication, and steady presence help shape the warm, supportive community we’re so proud of. 💗

As we sipped and shared stories together, the afternoon became a celebration of friendship, laughter, and great memories made along the way. 💕

Residents in Assisted Living at Lisbet at Wellington Bay enjoyed a festive Cinco de Mayo celebration with a Destination Dining trip to Mexico! 🌮🎶🇲🇽

The afternoon was filled with salsa, chips, music, sombreros, and plenty of smiles as everyone came together to celebrate with delicious flavors and fun traditions.

At Wellington Bay, some of the most meaningful moments happen when we open our doors to the community. 💙

We’ve loved partnering with the Els for Autism Foundation to welcome young adults into our 10-week Work Experience Program. From time in the kitchen to hands-on administrative experience, they’re gaining real-world skills, building confidence, and becoming part of our everyday life here.

It’s been just as rewarding for our residents and team getting to know these incredible individuals and cheering them on every step of the way.

This is what community is all about.

Resident Art Show magic at Wellington Bay! 🎨✨
Such a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon — celebrating creativity, community, and the incredible talent of our residents.

We showcased 25 Resident Artists and 44 stunning works of art, including textile pieces, watercolor, diamond art, oil paintings, jewelry, photography, and more. The room was filled with color, imagination, and so much pride. 💛

Guests enjoyed champagne, light bites, and the elegant sounds of our harpists, creating the perfect gallery‑style atmosphere. 🥂🎶
