I have hard days too.
Days where I have to feel it all before I can rise.

But here’s what I know…
You either let the day lead you…
or you take charge of your energy and lead yourself.

Feel what you feel.
Honor it.
Then remind yourself who you are.

I can.
I will.
And so can you.

Today I chose to move my body, breathe deeply, and come back to center.
