💆‍♀️I reached out and asked people who would be interested in a FREE cupping session to have photos taken of the experience. I’m thankful so many people responded and were interested.

Cupping is a technique I've incorporated into my massage therapy sessions to help clients relax and alleviate pain. By creating suction on the skin, cupping increases blood flow, reduces inflammation, and loosers up tight muscle tissue. It's especially helpful for athletes, individuals with chronic pain, and those looking for a unique relaxation experience. Yes, it looks like it hurts, but it does not. Healing time depends on the amount of toxins that was pulled out of your body. Some go away instantly, some within a couple hours, and some within a week or two. They do heal like bruises so you will have the discoloration. But it will never hurt like a bruise does while healing.
