We are welcoming Lisa on the 4th Monday of every month to teach a Pilates on the Mat class. We start January 26th at 6 pm!

My day was pretty light yesterday with a dry needling session and a pregnancy PT session followed by a graduation from The Rosie Network's Service2Ceo program. It's been a wild 12 weeks working at the clinic, virtually, AND doing a business course plus the boys! I've learned a ton throughout the course and am excited to apply it to my business.

Worked yesterday on some likely scar tissue developed after a hip procedure last year. This client is experiencing some numbness, tingling and pain along the side of his thigh making it difficult to sleep. We've had a few sessions and numbness has almost completely gone and he's sleeping better!
