Our after-hours board captures all calls when we’re assisting other clients, stepped away, or closed for the evening. If no message is left, we won’t know to return your call.

We are by appointment only on Sundays, which means there is no front desk staff available—only service providers. If you miss us that day, this is why.

Still feeling the ripple of gratitude from the Renosance and Regulation Wellness Retreat.

To sit in sacred space together… breathing, softening, and allowing the vibrations of the sound bowls to guide us inward was truly beautiful. There is something so powerful about a room full of souls choosing presence, regulation, and healing together. The resonance, the stillness, the shared breath — it all created a moment that felt both grounding and expansive.

I’m deeply grateful to Christina Muller for inviting me to facilitate and be part of such a meaningful gathering. And a heartfelt thank you to Caitlyn Minns for capturing the spirit and energy of the day so beautifully.

These are the moments that remind me how powerful intentional space can be — when we pause, listen, breathe, and return to ourselves.

What was once just a little hair brained scheme of mine is now become a household name! 🙌🏻
