The Whole Man Tribe Sherpas
John Ingraham, MBA, BS, RYT-500
John integrates his diverse background as a Father, Entrepreneur, Technology Manager, Engineer, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and Photographer as part of his sacred journey as a Man. His path to Whole Man Tribe began as a turbulent start in 1997. John’s father passed that year after a two-year battle with cancer, he completed his MBA after seven years of night school and started a new job. Being without a close network of men or male siblings to discuss the loss of his father, he struggled both in his work life and relationship with his wife which ultimately ended in divorce. Doing it alone, like more Men do, made his life a painful and sometimes rudder-less struggle. To find more peace and grounding in his life, John began taking yoga at a local community center which ultimately lead him to become certified as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. The experience from the training resulted in John pursuing his dream to live and work in Europe which he did 10 years before returning to the US in 2011. John now lives and works in Florida where he continues to work in Tech, teach Yoga and Meditation, runs Top Gallant Horse Farms, and instructs at Top Gallant Yoga with his loving partner and fellow heart-felt Yoga Instructor, Patricia. John supports other Men to find peace, focus and their life purpose through Meditation, Yoga, Webinars and Workshops.
