We are taking reservations at our farm for this upcoming winter season in Ocala. Please join us and bring your horse! We have several boarding and training options to choose from. We have been working hard all summer to add more amenities to our farm. We will also be offering limited RV hook ups this year as well. We are excited to announce our newly acquired 30 acres and a 15 stall barn. These beautiful lots are part of a 120 acre agricultural farm split. We have a few wonderful friends who have purchased adjacent lots and are seeking a few more fellow horse friends to join us in our new adventure. Lots range from 10-20 acres.

Just a few hours away from the farm in Wellington after a marathon trip to Florida! We are both pretty tired.
Tomorrow is house furniture moving day and we are still seeking a few more bodies to make light work of the lifting. We plan to move a handful of items to a storage unit in FC. Planning to start at noon and be done by 2. Please reach out if you want can help and wish only to meet us at the storage unit at Prospect and Overland Trail.

A very successful evening and half day today at the new farm. Everything is unloaded and fencing plans are set. We are already back on the road home.
Exhausted but excited!! It’s starting to feel real now!

Calling all friends and their significant others, brothers or friends.

As many of you have heard, I am suffering with some debilitating complications from a much needed procedure for my chronic nerve pain.

Because many hands make light work, we are seeking extra hands on a couple days.

This Saturday 9/14 - loading jumps, trunks and misc items onto our flatbed beginning at noon.

Sunday 9/22 - loading household furniture into a trailer and unloading it in a storage unit in Fort Collins beginning at noon.

Amazing pony jumper for lease or ⛵️:
‘Jubilee’ is a 2008 QH/welsh 13.2h pony mare. Has extensive miles in hunter, jumper and eventing.

Competed to 3’ HJ and Novice in eventing. Auto changes, amazing jumper. Easy for small kids to ride. No naughty behavior, rock solid work ethic. Extensive show miles in HJ with multiple kids.

Currently in SLC, Utah area, will be back in CO by late Aug/early Sept.

☀️🏝️ We have some exciting news @ Vicki Baker and Ashley Carr Eventing - we are relocating to the Ocala FL area full time in October 2024! We are excited to move where it’s warmer with almost year round eventing. (Yes we know it’s hot there in the summer.. ) We aren’t getting younger sadly, and we both have some big goals to pursue still.

We have a few clients following us south, and we have room for anyone wanting to escape for the winter as well. We will continue to offer high standard training and rehabilitation care. We will be offering winter training 2024/2025 discounts as well. Or come join us for a week or two and ride one of our horses.

Vicki will be back to CO to visit her mom and daughter monthly and will be available for clinics/lessons during those times. We will miss the amazing eventing community in CO and hope you will visit us down south.

As we prepare for our move, we will have many things for sale at our CO farm. Tack, blankets, farm equipment, jumps etc as we downsize for our next adventure, if you’re looking for something please come by our farm sale 7/19 and 7/20. ☀️🏝️

Stanley is kind, simple and ready for his next person. Jumping 3’ with ease and great form, brave XC. Has done schooling shows. Downsizing our herd- PM with info. Would do great in a lesson program. Upper 4’s to keep.

It’s official! Spring is here! All our snow is gone and the footing is great!

Time to get out of the indoor and dust off the XC gear!
Join me for a low key Cross Country mini clinic this Friday and Saturday at our Farm in Wellington. The bigger jumps are fair game but the focus of the mini clinic will be footwork and slow galloping form to get your season started off on the right hoof!

I have various footwork gymnastics strategically placed around our farm.
