Balance & Brunch – Monday, September 22nd – 10:30 a.m. – Noon

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults—but they don’t have to be a part of aging. Join us as South Lorain County Ambulance Director Hank Smitley presents on the topic. Learn simple steps to improve your balance and safety. Discover the Matter of Balance program which will begin in October.

Brunch will be provided by Sprenger Elms Retirement Village. The Lorain County Office on Aging and the South Lorain County Ambulance District are also co-sponsoring the event.

These dedicated men and women care for patients in difficult situations and save countless lives every day.
