Reflexology is circulatory work that works to improve overall body system health with pressure point therapy. I am registered and certified in the state of Iowa and have been since 2012. I enjoy working with all ages but especially enjoy prenatal reflexology and have also taken continuing ed classes on infant and child reflexology, infertility and pain management. I haven't met a person yet who didn't love the pampering relaxation of reflexology!

Since I have started selling some supplements, I often have samples or extras or returns on my shelves. So I am starting a supplement recycling group for anyone who is interested. I do not have a particular line or brand that I will be promoting in it but they will be bottles of supplements that are returns that might have two or three capsules taken out of them or they might be close to expiration etc.
I just did a deep clean of my medicine closet. Most products will be sealed but there are a few that are opened.

Things have been a little crazy around the office here. I have been passionate about helping people achieve overall better health for over a decade now. For a lot of these years I have not been able to focus solely on this passion but the past year has brought a lot of change! I have been able to discontinue my other jobs and focus on expanding wellness options for my office! The most recent addition is fabulous line of tinctures and supplements called NutraMedix. Those of you who know me well know that I am not a fan of needing to take handfuls of supplements to stay well! I have never felt good when I have done so and it has been very difficult on the pocketbook. However an MD friend of mine suggested I look into these for my ongoing old responses to the mold that wrecked my health several years ago. As I have been working to restore balance in my body I have found tremendous resistance each time I begin a program to cleanse. NutraMedix however has been different in that there is an antidote of sorts to our bodies natural response when we begin cleanses of any sort and it has a much nicer price point than any program I have ever tried, so if you are struggling with long-term issues and need help with cleanses my program may be able to be helpful.
The other helpful therapy I'm super excited about is my Bemer! It has a similar thought process to the reflexology work I already do. That is improving circulation. When our bodies have healthy circulation they are more able to function in the way that God has created them to. Bemer works to break down pockets of inflammation in our bodies that surround injuries in our body both old and new and chronic inflammation that comes as a result of aging. Everybody's bodies respond differently but the most common response I have seen has been a lessening of joint and muscle discomfort. The recommended Bemer protocol is using it twice a day for 8 minutes which I personally do and have found it to be revolutionary in the way that I am able to live life. Most of my clients however are not able to come two times a day and have been able to see improvement with just a few times a week.

REFLEXOLOGY may help to calm symptoms of seasonal allergies NATURALLY.

We can’t walk outside without noticing how bad the pollen is this time of year.

Pollen can effect people by causing, itching eyes, puffiness under eyes, scratchy throat, runny nose, cough, difficulty breathing, wheezing, low energy, and just a feeling that the immune system is fighting or working overtime.

Our Story

I grew up getting regular reflexology from my mother who became a reflexologist when I was 6 or 7. She always said I had the hands to be a reflexologist to which I always said “not my thing mom.”

But as a busy mom of 4 young ones, wanting to help with family income but not wanting to leave my babies, I decided to take the plunge and become a professional reflexologist. In 2012, 1 year and 460 class hours later I began working as a professional Iowa certified and registered reflexologist.

I LOVE what I do and am constantly adding more services from continuing education classes I take when ever I can. I am certified in hand and foot reflexology, am a level 1 certified facial reflexologist and have taken classes on gentle touch, infertility and reflexology, and many others.

My sessions include work on the feet, hands and face. Each session can be customized to meet your personal preferences/needs. I am passionate about working with people and families of all ages from prenatal and infants/children reflexology to geriatric reflexology.
