Every year is a blank slate.

You have to prepare each time
Like it’s your first time.
Because you should always be ready

Practice doesn’t make perfect.
𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 practice makes perfect.
Whether you’re tackling a road race,
a golf tournament,
a tennis match,
a big goal,
or even your 21st season...
The key is being 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.

Prepare harder.
Perform better.
Recover smarter.

Let’s use the water to help balance muscle groups before we load it unnecessarily. with

Happy Fluid Golf Friday. Trailing arm core rotations with resistive bells. This exercise works cervical/thoracic/hip mobility as well as shoulder/core stability. Before using the water for quick, limited range of motion exercises, let’s restore proper alignment and muscle balance. Remember, “it’s much harder to build a straight house on a crooked foundation”.

Happy Swim Spa Sunday! The alternating straight arm pulldown exercise challenges core stability and helps with thoracic spine rotation as well as shoulder strength and endurance. Make sure to keep a good upright posture with your feet about shoulder width apart and your knees bent. Keep both core and buttocks muscles engaged and perform alternating straight arm pulldown motion with bells. Do not over grip the bells and keep your chest up rotating from the thoracic spine. Perform 45 to 60 seconds. For an added challenge perform at multiple speeds.
