Despite generations of beLIEf and indoctrination, in TRUTH, each of us is much more than our physical body ... we are body-mind-emotions-spirit and EACH/ALL of these aspects of SELF work together OR fight each other to impact our presence, wellness, and joy. Conventional body-focused healing strategies often do not illuminate the root wound (if spiritual or emotional or energetic block in life-force energy) within the patient ... all physicality starts with a vibration, thought, energy. Asked for suggestions of how to ground oneself: 🙏🏻

1. Real-eyes-ing we are not merely the body; instead, we are each and all, eternally, the breath that breathes the body/animal/plant/planet.
2. Focus on the breath. The breath connects us to all of life and Source.
3. Imagine life breathing and connect in loving communion.
4. Include those you love, those who are lost, those who guide, all beings including Mother Earth.
5. Focus there. Send love with each exhaled breath down to her heart and to our collective. On the in-breath feel the love of Gaia coming back to you, grateful for your acknowledging her presence.
6. Anchor yourself in the expansive, breathing love. You are not alone bc we are all one.
7. Remind yourSELF that you decide where you live emotionally/spiritually and as you achor love, you get to live that, be that, see that, BE that.

I celebrate the THIRTEENTH ANNIVERSARY of stepping into/owning the gifts seeded unto me before I entered my baby-Kristi body. As time has passed, I understand more of what happens naturally when I stand in and share my Divine BEingness with others ... mind-body-spirit esoteric healing. Amazingly, people don't need to believe and I don't need to understand. Namaste!

It IS one my greatest joy to be spiritually-wired in ways that allow Our Higher Realms to use me in wonderful ways that help others release what perhaps NEVER SERVED Our Highest Good. We are lifting one another ... as I do this "work" it helps me heal the trauma experienced within my own childhod home❣️

I celebrate those who have trusted their Inner urgings for , have sought me out and have risen in their own self mastery/wellness/joy, some driving as much as 5 hours one way to have in person Perspective Reboot®️ sessions! 🙏🏻

I do some times feel disheartened, however, that so many people poo-poo mind-body-spirit-emotions integrative spiritual healing. I empathize with early voyagers who said "the world is not flat" to a world who pointed fingers and snickered.

Open your eyes to see the unseen, for it is in self-imposed limitations that we are surely limited. The "work" has just begun

From Dave L ~ "Much has changed [since my session 4 days ago]! The dark cloud of sadness and despair has dissipated. I am back to my normal, happy go lucky self! So thank you for that!

One of the first things I noticed was jogging from my car to the store or from point A to point B, whereas I used to drag my feet. And, I'm also parking further away from my destination as you suggested.

As for the drinking: I did drink each night, but less and less each night and yesterday morning and last night, felt silly about the drinking. Last night I didn’t finish my second drink and instead, ate something light and went to bed early.

Yesterday after work, I actually bought running shoes and went jogging this morning. I feel great and am wondering how I ever let myself get to the point I got too.

It’s as if what you did for me took a couple days to kick in**. Or, perhaps you snuck in some “distance healing”?? In fact, on Monday morning, as I told you, I was in such a great mood but couldn’t explain why, as nothing had changed, or so I thought ;)
