Hi 👋

My name is Brandy Hirsh and I’m the instructor behind Seasons Yoga Room.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and started my teaching journey in 2019.
Being able to share this practice is something I feel very fortunate to do.
I’m particularly drawn to gentle and restorative styles of yoga. In this fast paced world I want to spread the message that rest isn’t something you earn, it’s something you practice.

Join me every Tuesday at 10am or 4pm for a gentle yoga class.

(To those who have mentioned those times are hard to get to - I hear you! I’m not able to expand into the evening right now, but I’m hoping to be able to offer other times soon.)a
