FAITH OVER FEAR. PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. 🙏🔥

Slowly… but surely… I’m getting my health back.
Not all at once. Not without struggle. But with faith, consistency, and purpose.

I’m building strength.
I’m losing the weight that’s been holding me back.
And for the first time in my life… I feel like I’m walking in alignment with the body God gave me.

If I’m being real… this journey is different.

I’ve spent most of my life being “the heavier one.”
Even when I was active… even when I played sports… I wasn’t truly taking care of my health the way I should have.

But now?
This is bigger than me.

👉 I’m doing this to honor God with my body
👉 I’m doing this for my wife
👉 I’m doing this for my kids
👉 I’m doing this because I was created for MORE

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… and it’s our responsibility to take care of them.

And let me share something that might free someone today 👇

Stop letting the scale define your worth or your progress.

That number does NOT tell your full story.

You could be:
✨ Gaining strength
✨ Losing fat
✨ Becoming healthier
✨ Growing mentally AND spiritually

…all while the scale barely moves.

Pay attention to:
✔️ How your clothes fit
✔️ Your energy levels
✔️ Your strength
✔️ Your confidence

Because real transformation starts from within—and God is working in you even when you don’t see it yet.

I’m going to ask for a little help from my friends and family. ❤️

Hailey and Chloe have the amazing opportunity to travel to Paris with their school, and they are beyond excited about it. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for them to see the world, learn about different cultures, and create memories they will never forget.

After being off work for about a year and a half, we are still working hard to catch up financially, which has made it difficult for us to cover the cost of the trip on our own.

So I’m asking something simple — if 50–100 people on my friends list were willing to donate $5–$10, it would help make this dream trip possible for them.

If you feel led to help, we would be incredibly grateful. And if you’re not able to donate, sharing this post would mean just as much and could help us reach someone who might be able to.

There is absolutely no pressure or obligation at all. We are simply trying to give these two amazing kiddos the chance to experience something truly special.

When people criticize you for making fitness a passion and not just a “whatever”. The amount of hate messages I get for my weight loss journey/transformation is amazing! I feel for all those that don’t think it’s possible for a person as heavy as I was to change my life around! Especially when it’s not only for me but my kiddos and wife!

I’m sorry that I have the will/determination to hit the gym hard 3-5 times a week
I’m sorry that I have the will and determination to do both my macro’ and micros…
I’m sorry my results differ from yours
I’m sorry that I have an amazing support system - wife, kids, personal trainer, and a kick @$$ gym…

Wait no I’m not… I’m not sorry I’ve put the work in… I’ve made a positive impact on not only myself but so many others!
