A Spring Equinox yoga flow focuses on balancing energy, renewal, and awakening the body, typically incorporating sun salutations, heart-openers, and balancing poses like Warrior III or Tree Pose. This flow bridges the winter and summer, utilizing both grounding poses to connect with the earth and expansive movements to symbolize new growth.
